The Food

Each menu is developed after a thorough discussion of the client's personal tastes and health goals.  I cook using the highest quality ingredients and meals are free of refined sugar and preservatives.  Organic produce and animal products are used when available and where the client's budget allows.  My specialty is cooking for special dietary needs so I'm always eager to prepare meals that promote health...whether its adding anti inflammatory foods to help a client heal from an injury or simply working with a picky eater to eat more vegetables.
